Ljubitelji kokosovih sladic pripravite se. No jaz nisem ravno ena izmed njih, sem jo pa naredila za prijatelje. Nad domačim bountyjem so bili naravnost navdušeni pa še jaz sem pojedla eno ploščico in mi ni bila tako napačna. Za domač bounty je dobro, da maso pripravite zvečer in daste čez noč v skrinjo, z oblivanjem čokolade pa nadaljujete naslednji dan.
Za domač bounty potrebujemo:
- 200g kokosove moke,
- 2 veliki žlici sladkorja v prahu,
- 200ml sladke smetane
- 50g masla
Maslo raztopimo in mu dodamo sladkor v prahu ter sladko smetano. Dobro zmešamo in dodamo kokosovo moko. Zmešamo, da dobimo enakomerno zmes in jo porazdelimo po ravni površini v obliki pravokotnika v višino nekje centimeter ali centimeter in pol (dobimo pravokotnik velikosti nekje 25cmx20cm). Zmes dobro potlačimo, da se kasneje ne drobi. Postavimo v zmrzovalnik in nadaljujemo po 1 uri ali pa najbolje naslednji dan.
Preliv za ploščice naredimo iz jedilne čokolade, ki jo stopimo nad vodno soparo. Za takšno količino rabimo približno 200g čokolade in nekaj kapljic olja. Pri olju pazimo, da ga ne uporabimo preveč (eno do dve žlici), saj se pri preveliki količini olja čokolada ne strdi. Pripravimo si rešetko, kamor bomo odlagali ploščice, da se čokolada lepo odteče.
Kokosove ploščice narežemo na majhne pravokotnike in jih polagamo v čokolado. Pomagamo si lahko z malimi žličkami ali vilicami. Odlagamo jih na rešetko in počakamo, da se čokolada strdi. Ko je čokolada trda lahko sladico že postavimo na mizo.

Coconut fans get ready. Well I'm not one of them, but I made something for my friends. They loved my homemade bounty. If you´ll make homemade bounty is good to prepare the mass in the evening and give in the ark for some hours. It´s better if you make the next step with pouring chocolate the next day.
You will need:
- 200g of coconut flour,
- 2 big spoons icing sugar,
- 200ml sweet cream
- 50g butter
Dissolve butter and add icing sugar and sweet cream. Mix well and add coconut flour. Mix to become an even mixture and give on a flat surface in form of a rectangle in a height somewhere 1cm - 1,5cm (we become rectangle somewhere 25cm x 20cm). Squeeze the mixture tightly so later the mass can´t crush. Place in freezer and continue after 1 hour or better next day.
Next day make the glaze from edible chocolate over the water steam. For this you need about 200g of chocolate and a few drops of oil. Take care not to use too many oil (one to two tablespoons), because with too much oil the chocolate can´t harden. Prepare a grid where you can put the bounty tiles from chocolate bath to drain.
Cut the coconut tiles into small rectangles and place them in hot, melted chocolate. We can use a small spoon or a fork for help. Give them on the grid and wait to harden the chocolate and you can give it on the table.
