Pečen krompirček s sirom in slanino (baked potato chips with cheese and bacon)

No tole je prava kalorična bomba. Ampak na vsake toliko se pa lahko malo pregrešimo ane ;) Včeraj sem na spletu našla tale recept in seveda šla takoj v akcijo. Bom še vsekakor naredila saj je božanska večerja.



Nekaj časa nazaj sem naredila domač čips v pečici in smo ga kar hitro zmazali. Prednost je bila hitra priprava pa še masten ni bil, saj sem ga pekla brez olja. Spodnji recept je dokaj podoben pri začetnih korakih, z dodatki na koncu pa postane namesto čipsa prava mehiška večerja.

Potrebujemo (za eno porcijo):
- 2 velika krompirja
- sir
- slanino
- drobnjak
- kislo smetano



Krompir umijemo pod vodo in ga narežemo (naribamo) na enake dele. Pazimo, da niso rezine predebele in ne pretanke, da bi se videlo skozi. Pečico pripravimo na 220 stopinj in krompir lepo enega po enega damo na peki papir. Rezine malo naolimo z olivnim oljem in posolimo. Pečemo nekje 20 minut oz. toliko, da krompir malo porjavi (pozorni bodimo, da ni preveč rjav, saj okus ni tako dober). Polovico rezin spravimo na pekaču skupaj v krog in nanje dodamo slanino in nariban sir. Na to dodamo novo plast pečenega krompirja in posipamo s sirom. Vse skupaj damo ponovno v pečico za 5 minut, da se sir lepo raztopi in to je to. Za konec dodamo še drobnjak in po želji še žlico kisle smetane. Well this is a real calorie bomb. But every once in a while we can afford a little ;) Yesterday I found this recipe on internet and of course I immediately made it. I will definitely make it again for a dinner.

Some time ago I made homemade crisps in the oven and we ate it in a minute. The advantage of homemade chips is his easy preparation and non content of  fat. This recipe is fairly similar in the first stages and with additions in the end it becomes instead a chips a real mexican dinner.

We need (for one portion):
- 2 large potatoes
- cheese
- bacon
- chives
- sour cream

Wash the potatoes under water and cut it (grate) in same parts. Take care not to slice too thick and not too thin that you can see through. Prepare the oven at 220 degrees and place the potatoes one by one on the baking paper. Oil the slices with olive oil and season add a little salt. Bake for about 20 minutes so the potato brown a little (pay attention not to brown too because the taste isn´t so good). s Give the half of baked potatoes together in a circle on the baking tray and add cheese and bacon on it. Add a new layer of baked potatoes on it and sprinkle with cheese. Place all together again in the oven for 5 minutes to dissolve the cheese and that's it.
