In kakor me poznate so mi ravno takšni gradovi še posebno pri srcu.
P.s.: Slike so v večini iz interneta, saj sem sama bolj uživala v pogledu in čisto pozabila slikati :)

Some time ago me and my boyfriend went to coal mining museum in Velenje. This is one of posts that I really have to share with you because it´s a great trip for rainy, snowy or those days. when we cannot be outside. So you can have a trip to Velenje. We went on a rainy Sunday- I was so in expectation because I went there for the first time.
To visit the museum it´s good to make a reservation. I called them earlier and we joined one of the groups. Guided tour of museum costs €10 for one and includes a miner brunch. The tour through museum make a miner who works in the mine, so it gets even more vividly. Before starting the tour we dressed in miner clothes and helmet, and get lunch for the mine- like the practice for mine workers. We went in the underground with elevator and I must say it was a bit horrible feeling when you realize how deep under the surface you are. Guide led us through the museum and show us the history of the Velenje mine from beginnings til now. For me was the most interesting part life after 1900- there was the position of mine workers, their children and all animals very bad.
Somewhere in the middle of our tour we enjoyed a "well-deserved" rest and ate our brunch that we had with us. Our guide was available for various questions while we ate. We continued with our tour and everything was over so fast! At the end me and my boyfriend looked in a room where miners took of their clothes in the past. It was very interesting. I liked this museum. My grandfather was a miner so I could see his difficult life. The museum is very modern and offers good visualization images and other different effects. I won´t tell you which one, check out for yourself ;)
After the mine visit we went to the Lemberg castle. Lemberg castle is located in the city Lemberg between Vojnik and Dobrna on the hill. This is close to my boyfriend home and I couldn´t wait to see it from closer. The castle is really special, because it is currently in a big mess. Not long ago he was still overgrown and deserted and has no owner till now when he began with renovation. And as you know me such castles like this are specially close to my heart.
