Spring on my nails

Končno pomlad tudi na mojih nohtih. Po rdečih živih barvah sem rabila malo bolj umirjene z bolj pastelnimi barvami. Naj povem, da je bila tale manikira čisto nasprotje od tega, kar sem imela v mislih. Kupila sem namreč nove permanentne lakce iz kolekcije Orly smartgels in bila resnično razočarana. Tako sem manikiro na koncu rešila s svojimi starimi gelishi, ki so dobro prekrili spodnje plasti in nastalo je tole:

 

Zakaj mi Orly smartgels ne odgovarjajo? Preveč tekoča tekstura in premalo prekrivni tudi po 3 plasteh nanosa. Glede na to, da vsak gelish nanesem ponavadi 2x se tukaj 2 plasti nista poznali nič, saj se je vse videlo skozi. Tudi po tretji ni bilo nič kaj boljše, zato sem uporabila druge barve, ki jih imam doma (roza znamke LAIF in zelen lak iz e-baya). Z njima pa je bilo malo drugače, saj sta mi dve plasti prekrili tudi spodnje plasti prejšnjih barv (ja vem malo sem lena, da bi si moje poizkuse spravila dol).

 

Seveda sem si morala svoje nohtke popestriti še s pomladnimi motivi rož. Uporabila sem Bundle monster platko in to je to. Le kaj bi jaz brez vseh teh platk :)

Finally spring on my nails. After my red nails I needed a little more relaxed pastel colors. This manicure was such an opposite of what I had in my mind. I bought new gelish colors from the brand Orly smartgels and was really disappointed. So I made my manicure with the old gelish colors.  They covered great the lower layer and the result is on the first picture.

 

Why I dont like Orly smartgels? The texture is too liquid and the coverage after 3 layers of coating is not good. Usually I apply 2 layers of gelish but here 2 layers were not enough. Even after the third layer there was nothing better, so I used another color, which I have at home (brand LAIF and varnish from e-Bay). With them it was a little different because I covered the bottom layer of the previous colors with two layers of this ones (yes I know I'm a bit lazy to take off).

 

Of course I had to brighten my nails with spring flower motives. I used Bundle Monster plate and that's it.
