Linške oči nisem nikoli pretirano marala. Doma pa jih obožujejo in jih kupujejo za obiske, ki jih je pri nas kar nekaj. Seveda je treba vedno dati nekaj na mizo. Zato že kakšni dve leti pečem linške oči kar sama. Keksi so super saj jih imaš lahko v zaprti posodi kar lep čas. Zadnje kekse sem naredila kak teden nazaj s prakticiranjem. Zakaj bi vedno uporabila tipično marelično marmelado, če lahko dodam tudi sestrino slivovo marmelado in nutelo. Z nutelo so seveda takoj pošli (le kaj bi mi brez nutele).
Za 3 polne krožnike uporabim naslednje sestavine:
- 600g moke (pol ostre, pol mehke)
- 1 pecilni prašek
- 2 jajci
- 300g masla
- 200g sladkorja
- 2 vanilij sladkorja
Vse sestavine dobro zgnetem v kepo ter dam v hladilnik za pol ure. Medtem pripravim delovno površino in jo pomokam z ostro moko. Testo razvaljam čim tanjše- nekje na pol centimetra. Iz testa tako z modelčki izdolbem kekse. En pekač naj bo brez lukenj drug pa samo z luknjami. Pozorni bodite pri različnih oblikah, da se naenkrat peče samo ena oblika saj se lahko pri različnih oblikah keksi različno zapečejo. Po nekje 15 minutah peke na 180 stopinjah so keksi pečeni. Keksi se naj dobro ohladijo preden jih namažemo. Namažemo spodnjo polovico keksa, kateri dodamo zgornji keks z luknjo. Končni izdelek je prikazan na spodnji sliki.
Imam zelo male modelčke tako, da pridejo čisto mali keksi. Meni so zelo všeč. Pa vam?

I´ve never liked linzer cookies too much. At my home is the story a little bit different- they adore them especially for visits which we have a lot. Of course we have to give something on the table. Therefore I bake linzer cookies for about two years. Cookies are great because you can have them in a closed container for a long time. I made them a week ago. Why would I always use a typical apricot jam, if I can add also my sisters plum jam and nutella. Those with nutella were immediately gone.
For 3 full plates I use:
- 600g flour (half sharp, half soft)
- 1 baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 300g butter
- 200g sugar
- 2 vanilla sugar
Knead all ingredients well into a ball and give it in the fridge for half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the work surface and give some flour on it. Roll the dough thin- somewhere in half a centimeter. Make biscuits with a model from the dough. Take care to bake one baking dish with the same form of cookies. After about 15 minutes of baking at 180 degrees biscuits are baked. Cool down the cookies before you put the halfs together. Give on one half some jam and press together the second one with hole. The final result is on the picture above.
I have very small molds to get little cookies. I like them a lot. What do you think about them?
