Najboljši domači keksi (h kavi in kar tako)

Domači keksi so keksi mojega otroštva. Doma smo jih imeli vedno na razpolago, pri sosedi pa sem jih dobila vedno poleg čaja. Seveda so bili pri njej veliko bolj okusni kot doma. Doma pravimo tem keksom keksi na »flajšmašino«. 

Ko jih delam jih naredim res veliko in jih imamo za kar nekaj časa. Najboljše pa je, da obstanejo v posodi dolgo časa in jih lahko serviramo praktično vedno. Najbolj pa pašejo zjutraj zraven kave. 


Potrebujemo naslednje:


- 600g moke
- 300g masla
- 2 jajci
- 200g sladkorja
- 2 vanilij sladkorja
- 1 pecilni prašek
- 3 žlice ruma
- limonina lupinica




Moko presejemo, dodamo ji sladkor, jajci, vanilij sladkor in pecilni prašek ter zmešamo. Maslo naribamo in dodamo zmesi. Naribamo limonino lupinico in dodamo rum ter vse dobro pregnetemo, da dobimo fino testo. Pripravimo pečico na 180 stopinj in pekače s peki papirjem. Strojček sukamo, da dobimo poljubno dolžino keksov. Ko so dovolj dolgi jih odrežemo z nožem in položimo na peki papir. Pekač keksev pečemo toliko časa, da lepo porjavijo; nekje 15 minut. 


Meni osebno so najbolj okusni keksi ravnokar pečeni še malo topli (sem edina kaj :P). Tako, da sem skoraj pol pekača pojedla takoj po koncu peke. Zraven pa sem si danes privoščila še svojo prvo današnjo kavo. Popolna kombinacija :)

These biscuits are biscuits of my childhood. We have them always at home. When I was small I got them always at neighbors house with a cup of tea. Of course, they were there more tasty than at home. At home we call them biscuits on "flajšmašina" (a machine for meat).  When I´m doing them I make a lot of them and we have for quite some time. They stay for a long time and you can serve them almost always. I love them especially in the morning with a cup of coffee.

We need the following:

- 600g flour
- 300g butter
- 2 eggs
- 200g sugar
- 2 vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 3 tablespoons rum
- Lemon peel

Sift the flour, add sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking powder and mix it. Grate the butter and add to mixture. Grate the lemon zest, add the rum and knead well to become a fine dough. Prepare the oven at 180 degrees and give baking paper on baking tray. Rotate the machine to become any length of biscuits you want. When they are long enough cut them with a knife, place on a baking paper and bake until they´re nicely browned; about 15 minutes.

The most delicious biscuits are just baked biscuits and a little warm (I´m the only one, right :P). So I ate almost half of one dish immediately after baking. Today I drank my first coffee with my just baked biscuits. The perfect combination :)
