Strawberry puree with mascarpone cream

Tole sladico sem zasledila na eni izmed kulinaričnih strani. Obožujem jagode, če pa je zraven še mascarpone pa je to top kombinacija zato sem se spravila narediti sladico. Narejena je v 20 minutah, pred serviranjem pa je dobro, da je na hladnem. Podobna je jogurtovi strnjenki vendar je meni osebno ta sladica boljša. Ker sem dobila obisk sem pripravila za 8 ljudi tako da je količine malo več. Za 8 kozarčkov potrebujemo:

- 250g sladke smetane za stepanje
- 500g mascarpone
- 500g jagod
- 1 žlica limoninega soka
- 2 jajci
- 2 žlici sladkorja




Jagode, limonin sok in sladkor zmešamo skupaj ter s paličnim mešalnikom zmešamo, da dobimo jagodni pire. Skledo postavimo v hladilnik.

V drugi posodi zmešamo sladko smetano ter jo prav tako damo v hladilnik. Beljake in rumenjake ločimo. V rumenjake zmešamo žlico sladkorja in mešamo toliko, časa, da se lepo speni. V drugi posodi zmešamo trd sneg in proti koncu mešanja dodamo žlico sladkorja. Sneg počasi vmešamo v rumenjake. Iz hladilnika vzamemo stepeno sladko smetano in ji dodamo mascarpone. Zmešamo v enakomerno zmes in ji dodamo sneg ter rumenjak. Krema je tako pripravljena za serviranje. Izbrala sem steklene kozarce ter jih napolnila s kremo, čez njih pa dala jagodni pire. Za dekoracijo sem dala na vsak kozarček celo jagodo in to je to :) Totalno primerna sladica a prihajajoče tople dni ;)

I saw this dessert on one of the culinary sites on the internet. I love strawberries and if they are near the mascarpone is this for me the top combination. It is made in 20 minutes. It must be served very cold. It is similar to yoghurt desserts but for me this dessert is better. Because I got a visit of 8 persons I prepared little more quantities. For 8 cups you need:

- 250g sweet cream
- 500g mascarpone
- 500g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Mix strawberries, lemon juice and sugar together with a blender to become a strawberry puree. Place the bowl in the fridge.

In a second container mix the sweet cream and put in the fridge. Separate whites and yolks. The yolks mix with a spoon of sugar and mix well to foam. In a second container mix the whites to a hard snow. In  the end of mixing add a spoon of sugar. Add the snow slowly in the egg yolks. Take out of refrigerator whipped cream and add mascarpone. Mix to become a good texture and add to the snow and the yolk. The cream is now ready for serving. I chose glass jars and filled them with cream and over them the strawberry puree. For decoration I gave on every glass a strawberry and that's it :) Totally suitable dessert for upcoming hot days ;)
