English:

How did you spend the holidays? Did you go somewhere on a trip? I didn´t spent so beautiful days. The weather was all the time on the border with the rain so we were at home most of the time. Yesterday my boyfriend had a serious accident in which he had so many luck. I can say he´s born for the second time. He´s in hospital from yesterday so I made him this morning something sweet for a little surprise. I made him apple roses. I found the recipe in Facebook group where we exchange recipes and of course I had to try it.

Those flowers is very easy to do. You need the following:

- pastry roll
- apricot jam
- red apples
- cinnamon
- lemons
- baking tray for muffins

Cut 2 apples into thin strips. Put them into water with lemon (the apples will not darkened). Place bowl with apples in a microwave for about three minutes to soften. Cut pastry roll into 6 same parts (the best is to cut vertically). Spread every part with jam which was heated in a microwave for 1 minute. Give the apples a little above the top of puff pastry. Half of the pastry is now loaded with apples and a half just with jam. Sprinkle with cinnamon. The lower part of the dough put to the upper edge and begin to gently rotate from left to right part of dough. This give a form of roses. Give in a baking dish for muffins. Bake at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes. I suggest you to bake in silicone baking dish; there won´t be no problems placing baked flowers from it.

The taste is similar to apple pie and the taste is sooo delicious. And what seems to you?
